His Royal Highness (HRH) Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel in Chief, REME presenting an award to Sergeant (Sgt) Earl. ‘Sgt Earl, who passed out top of his Regimental Duty Qualification Course. Formerly of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps (RAOC), Sgt Earl transferred to the Corps on completion of the course’.
