Captain Royston Acres and members of CCK Infantry Light Aid Detachment, Korea
Items presented to 24 US Infantry Division by CCK Infantry Light Aid Detachment (LAD) are displayed in the image and include the regimental badge of the 21st Infantry Regiment (centre of picture), a gimlet stick and a ‘wad of the week’ medal, decorated with the taro leaf emblem of the 24 Infantry Division. Captain Royston Acres was the Officer Commanding (OC) of the LAD.
